Annual training updates – constantly refreshing skills and safety awareness.
Direct practitioner contact - Clients are given the practitioner's personal number, so that they can contact directly and receive a reply quickly. We understand that you are important, and you don’t want to be waiting for office hours if you need a response! The treatment you are paying for doesn’t end when you hand over your money, your aftercare is always included, until you are completely healed.
Flexible appointment times – We offer appointments outside of the usual 9-5. Should you have any concern or an emergency, we will find time for you to come back promptly, no waiting 2 weeks to be seen.
Choice of products – We do not affiliate with any particular brand of product, or push a product when it may not be right for you. If you would prefer a different brand to the ones discussed on this site, you only need to ask.
You are given time – We always ensure to book long appointments for my injectables. Clients do not feel rushed, can take their time and ask as many questions. Every appointment will be given enough time to get everything they want out of their appointment.
Follow up – We contact my clients after their appointment to check everything is healing okay. You will be thought of and cared for. We encourage you to keep us updated on your progress and you will not be made to feel you are a bother if you have after treatment questions or concerns.
Safety prescriptions kept onsite and at hand – emergency medications such as adrenaline and Hyalase, in case of rare side effects of treatment, are ready to go immediately at the clinic. You will not be sent away without access to these, which can be the concern if you were to visit a practitioner without the correct emergency prescription access.
The Clinic Room - The treatment room is fully equipped to ensure your treatment is comfortable, clean and safe. Based in the city centre of Southampton, we are easily accessible to all.
